These are how Arthur Lydiard would have prescribed a training plan specifically for you!! Running Wizard Premium Performance Plans will automatically calculate how many weeks you have until your target race and then creates the most appropriate ratio of each phase of Lydiard training. This is the ultimate training plan to achieve the best possible performance for your current fitness level. Running Wizard will take the guess-work out of your training. When everything clicks, you will run with wings on your heels. Available plans are anywhere from 12 weeks to 24 weeks in length. We strongly recommend that you take more than 16 weeks to prepare adequately for a full marathon.
