For some of you, all that is important is simply to go the distance. However, preparing for a marathon properly requires a delicate balancing act. How many of you know someone who had followed some cookie-cutter training plan only to find him/herself injured and not even get to the starting line? Running Wizard provides you the perfect amount of training load, not too much, not too little; just enough to get you through the distance safely and satisfactorily. Available plans are anywhere from 10 weeks to 18 weeks in length.
