This page is your account hub. An account lets the site remember you โ your training plans, saved schedules, and progress โ between visits and across devices. There are two forms on the page: Log in (for returning runners) at the top, and Sign up (to create a new account) just below it.

Both forms live on this one page. The โCreate an accountโ link under the Log in button jumps you down to the Sign up form. If you already have an account, just use the top form. Use whichever matches your situation.
Signing in lets you save and revisit training plans, keep your schedules in one place, and track your progress as your fitness changes. Build a plan over on the Training page, and your account holds onto it for next time.
